Have been repairing my older machines for years because they have fewer plastic parts and GLENVIEW VACUUM has been keeping them running way beyond what the life expediency should be. Once again I took in an older machine. They did repaires for $150. Ended up buying a new Riccar (on their recommendation) and they gave me a full credit of $150 towards my new machine plus let me take my old one home. Also gave me 24 bags free. My new Riccar is the best machine I have ever owned. Great at picking up and easy to maneuver. I highly recommend this store for both their superior customer service and knowledge.
