For those new to dinning in Littleton, I believe the review from ""Roxy"" is actually about a restaurant somewhere else in the country. I'm 40 and have lived in Littleton my whole life, as have my parents and sister. My sister, parents, or I, eat at Jose's at least once a week and I can assure everyone that Jose Trujillo (the original owner) still owns and operates this Littleton landmark restaurant. Jose uses authentic mexican receipes from his mother and they are as delicious now as they were in the early 70's. The prices have gone up since those days but only in keeping with inflation, and the service is still top notch although some of the waiting staff has retired. Jose's is great food,good prices and one of those restaurants that makes one feel welcome and at home. Because of these facts Jose's Restaurant is busy lunch time and dinner time every day they are open. But hey ,they wouldn't be a landmark if people weren't there eating.
