I buy Ford autos because of Tommie Vaughn. There are other great cars on the market, but there is only one Tommie Vaughn Ford. My last several purchases have been pretty much by telephone. No hassle, no games, easy transactions and extremely fair prices. The sales folks are now like family to me, and the service folks treat you as if you were their only customer. Highly recommended !
Pros: Old style family dealership with excellent sales and service staff.
Cons: Wish Ford would produce Escape Hybrids a little faster.
