I had my projection TV checked out by another local company and was given a laundry list of problems that needed to be addressed. By the way none of the items that they listed were actually the problem. The price of the repair (in which they would not guarantee reliable service) was in excess of $1000.
Pros: Repaired my set in my home in 1hr
Cons: None... Too bad I didn't know about them before I wasted money with the other company.
