We went to S.O.B.'s for a birthday dinner where a large group attempted to enjoy a meal before making our way to the dance floor. The mojitos were welcome and a highlight, as the music drowned out any chance for substantive conversation. The music itself is great -- high energy, engaging, and appealing to everyone from regulars to a fair amount of bridge-and-tunnel to some guy with a cowboy hat. Most entrees seemed decent, but my feijoada (traditional stew) was truly inedible with meat that was little more than bone and fat. S.O.B.'s would probably have rated an 8' had we been there solely to dance.
