If you're reading a lot of Bridala Store reviews, well, these women can be brutal. Lesson: Don't cross a bride-to-be or suffer the consequences (ala a woman scorned...).
We were in Traditions today and found them very responsive and helpful. There were several brides in there and all seemed to be happy and getting the attention they wanted (we were in getting Flower girl dress). Very nice selection...maybe a bit pricy but VERY pretty dresses and of finest quality.
I like this shop, would go back and recommend to another.
Pros: pretty selection of dresses-yes, expensive, but it's YOUR day, might as well have the best.
