I moved and needed to find a new vet for my great dane who was suffering from an ear injury. This facility was recommended by an online vet search (by location). I did receive an appointment right away, however the welcome staff was VERY rude both over the phone and in office. The vet who saw my dog was not helpful, offered no consolation as to the severity of the problem and had the nerve to ask ME to bandange my own dog's ear while she left the room. She left us alone with me struggling to maintain the bleeding for over ten minutes. They offered no suggestions as to what could expedite the healing process and charged me for a heartworm test ($75) that my dog didn't need.
