My experience at this salon was horrible! I went there on the advice of a coworker, who recommended ""Christopher"" and told me he was offering a special: free color glaze with a haircut. I made an appointment with Christopher and arrived at the salon location at a strip mall. I was greeted and told to wait - then sat there for 45 minutes! Christopher finally shows up - looking like he just rolled out of bed - and doesn't even apologize for the wait. Honestly, I would have left at that point had I not felt like I was going to get a great deal. Boy was I wrong. Not only was the color WAY too dark, but I was charged more than double what I expected to pay. I called the owner, who told me she didn't know anything about a ""special"" and that she was going to take it up with Christopher. Instead of offering any kind of compensation, she simply had Christopher call my cell phone and leave a long, obnoxious voicemail with his side of the story. He claimed the free color glaze was separate from the color he applied to the roots, and that I was charged appropriately. I will NEVER return to this salon!!
