A number of years ago they installed a garage door, and their installer hacksawed through what appeared to be the main metal reinforcing bar on the top part of the garage door. Of course, years later the top of the door buckled at this weak point when the metal arm pulled the door open. Further, the metal bar that attaches to the door ripped out because, we were told, it had been improperly attached. Although years later, their response was unsatisfactory, and we decided to have an entirely new door installed by a different company.
