This is my first time giving a review. But This past Friday night I was at Mark Lindsay's Rock and Roll Cafe and I had a wonderful time. They have live music going on Friday nights from 8:30 - 11:30pm. The Music was wonderful. Very upbeat and good to listen to. I believe the name of the band was The Brent Rogers band. Of whom I have never heard of but I would definately go back to listen to them again. While I was listening and enjoying the music. I ordered the Grilled Pork Chops from a special menu they had. I have to say that it was the best pork chops I have ever tasted. They were seasoned really nice and very juicy. The coconut rice that was served with the chops also had a sweet and sour chilli mango sauce which was very tasty. I had never heard of coconut rice and was a little hesitant at first. But I like to try new things. After the meal I was very pleased and more than satisfied with the entree. I was full and my server took such great care of me. I was very pleased with the overall restraunt. The music was great, the food and service rocked. I would definately recommend this place to other people. Everybody there seemed to be having a great time. Including the staff on hand. The place was warm and comfortable to be in. Fridays seem to be the best time to come. In my own opinion! I will be back with my friends and family. So that I can pass on the great time and experience that I had there...
