In the last 3 weeks, I have dined at Cuerno maybe 7+ times with family and friends, and have always had a fantastic experience every time. I keep coming back to get the chance to try all the different things on the expansive menu, tapas, different paellas and such. Favorites so far: Tapas- the white bean and chorizo/blood sasuage tapa, ham croquettes, fried peppers Paellas- Valenciana, which has every kind of shellfish you could imagine, and the prawn and vermicelli paella is awseome. Also, I had a great grilled veal loin with sweetbreads, and loved the grilled lamb my wife ordered. Suckling pig? Best thing on the menu and to die for. Only complaint is that they took one of my favorites, the onion soup off the menu recently. When the owner stopped by the table to check up on us, I mentioned this, and he told me that he and the chef try to keep the menu very seasonable, and as such they were going to replace the onion soup with a gazpacho which I look forward to trying. I guess I will have to wait until next winter to get my onion soup again. Overall, everything here is really great, even exceptional in alot of ways. Service has been professional, prompt and personable on all my visits. Also, the wine list is all Spanish, and I'm an idiot when it comes to Spanish wines. It does help that they have a great sommelier who has helped me more than once to pick out some great wines to go with our food. So I would really reccomend anyone to try this restaurant, it's my new favorite.
Pros: Great food, notable service, good vibes
Cons: No more onion soup :(
