It is unfortunate that Gale felt that her complaints were not addressed appropriately. We moved Gale in the beginning of April, 2008. Her first contact with our company was on 4-19-08. It is difficult for Circle City Movers to be responsible for items that have been allegedly ""stolen"" when they were not reported in a timely fashion.
