They illegally tried to tow my car. I ran out while they had my car hitched up. The guy demanded $385 to unhitch it right there. Seriously. $385. HE had moved it about a foot from where it was parked. I needed the car so I paid it, he unhitched it, and I left. It turns out, after doing my homework, they had 1)illegally towed me, and 2)charged fees so high they are actually against the law. I called all weekend and finally spoke to Junior, who works in the office, who basically told me, 'i know that it was illegal for us to tow you, but what are you going to do, take us to court? Do you know how much it costs to go to small claims court?""
