BooSnap has been a disappointment. The worse thing a business can do is not to return service calls/emails. The first time it happened, they said their phone service was having problems. After they changed their service, they still did not return phone calls or emails. I tried to have them come back to work on a problem but couldn't get any response. I wrote to them on March 16, explaining that I got no response to 3 emails and 2 voicemails over a period a over a month, and that it was the third time this happened since I originally hired him over a year ago. Again, I didn't get a response. At this point, I would not use them again.
