I'm going out of my way to write this review as a way of showing my gratitude for working with us and our pup last weekend. I know Sam's a handful, especially when he's away from home. I can't tell you enough how nervous we were having to board him and hoping he wouldn't be too crazy when we came home. Now I must tell you how impressed we were with the care and individual attention your staff showed him during his stay. He was so happy and energetic - not his usual nervous, cowering, pouting self when we've boarded him elsewhere in the past. Sam even made friends and we got to watch him play outside before getting in the car. We were totally shocked that he didn't want to leave. So, again, thank you for making his and our experience so happy and healthy!
Pros: huge, clean, modern facility, great staff, good value
Cons: no location in the suburbs :(
