two weeks ago my garage door would not close, so, i called my home warranty to report the problem and , about an hour later, I received a call from adam, with bay area doors wanting to set an appointment. Althought i had a hearing problem, adam was so patient and attentive. He helped me adjust my safety sensors and get my door working properly over the phone... ultimately saving me $50, ""u don't get that everywhere"" i though to my self.
