Terrible customer service. They came to 'fix' a broken head, made matters much worse, and when I called to have it corrected, I was told it would be another 10 days for the next available appointment. In the meantime, I am stuck hand watering new sod while waiting for them to grace me with their presence. Would never have used them if I'd known how horrible their follow up service would be.
Pros: Friendly workers once you get them to your house
Cons: Terrible customer service
