I first heard of Econo Air from a friend of mine. I first called looking for a repair on my existing unit. The customer service staff was very courteous to my needs explaining that when the technician came to my home he would give me pricing on both repairs for my old unit and pricing on a completely new unit as well. When the technician arrived, he was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. I could also tell that he was looking out for my best interest and kept my budget in mind. In the end, I purchased a completely new system, I LOVE IT! Everyone at Econo Air was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I would GLADLY recommend Econo Air to all my family and friends!
