My boyfriend and I have been to Atlas several times, and we enjoy it. Our mutual favorite is Reverend Livingston's Barbeque Pork Sandwich. The service can be a bit slow at times, and the restaurant is a bit loud, but overall we like the ambiance. We had lunch there today for $35 dollars (a mocha, a beer, and 2 entrees), which is a bit spendy...but it's fun to go occasionally. I like their attempts to get sustainable food. I'm not a big fish-eater, but I am always impressed by their seasonal fish menu items.
