Great bbq. Among the top 2 in the Triangle, could be a tied for first. It's one of the few places where the bbq is cooked with real wood and it's cooked on site. They had good quality meat and it was wonderfully seasoned and it didn't have the chunks of gristle and skin I'd had with other bbq plates. All lean meat. I went back with a friend and had the ribs. The ribs great too. Wonderfully smoked. The sides are good too, the fried cabbage was new to me. It was great.\r

Pros: Awesome BBQ. Smoked on site with real wood. Very nice people.
