The guys were very sweet and very informative about what needed to be done. I have had my carpets cleaned by a couple of other companies in the past. Your staff was BY FAR the most friendly and helpful crew I've encountered. Unlike other crews, I would be more than happy to see them again, and I would absolutely refer them to friends.
