I was forced by insurance to use Progressive Speech. I have heard the employees openly swear in front of the children. The only decent therapist in the office left in September. Our services were then stopped for months while they tried to find a therapist to replace her. The new therapist is obviously not very experienced. Anyone who I have ever spoken with that received services from Progressive Speech have all left because of their unprofessionalism. I am no longer a client and will never hire them again. All I can say is they have nothing to offer, in any way, to help with a speech issue. I regret ever having taken my children there for services. I can sum it up with ""no treatment from Progressive Speech will serve your child better than exposing them to those therapists.""
Pros: not a one!
