I do not agree with the other reviews at all! I had a very pleasant and professional experience at Alexander Ford's Collision Center. My car was done in a timely manner and came out perfect. Sure they didn't fix the radio for me, seeing how it had nothing to do with the damage on my car nor was it a result of the wreck. All the staff Randy and Ken, and the Manager, David, was very nice and respectful to me and my wife. Seems like some of these people want something for nothing and my car turned out perfect and was done quicker than I expected! Thanks Alexander Collision. Hope I don't have to come back soon, Don't really want to have another wreck, But if I do I WILL BE BACK!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT JOB! Murfreesboro Tennessee
