I have used them for two years to do my taxes. The first year, Mr. Brown told me he would do my taxes himself, but would probably farm out some of the work to his CPA's in the firm. I know for a fact Mr. Brown never looked at my taxes. This past year, I met Mr. Jenkins. I am starting a business and wanted some advice and even made the appointment specifically for start-up discussion, but he assumed it was just for me to bring in my tax information. I left feeling very unfulfilled. I am sure I will look elsewhere for my tax returns next year.
