I had given up on shopping at Mainstreet Plaza mainly because everything there (except Armadillo Willy?s) sucked! When my fiance suggested we go there for our wedding tuxedos, well, I was less than enthusiastic because I?m just not that fond of this area for my type of shopping.
I liked the (lame word) ambiance, but the ties WERE kind of weak, though; I was tempted to subtract half a star for that. The place had a really comfortable atmosphere, for being so upscale. It was dimly lit, which I like and the decor was really nice. I mean, this is an upscale place and therefore kind of pricey, but I just like that it isn't one of those places that treats everyone like sardines and is completely over priced for the type of atmosphere it provides, and for what they offer
The service there (on our severely packed pick up night) was OUTSTANDING in fact they were almost TOO pester-y...the formal wear appeared, in modern presentation and in light speed.
All eleven tuxedos were consistently high quality and nicely presented. Great formalwear but definitely not for the price conscious..
All in all a very good experience.
