I am a long time client of Changes and I had to come on here and tell you about thier new treatments for slimming and toning. They are incredible! I have lost 3.5 inches in my waist and have completely gotten rid of my love handles. Being a man, I was nervous at first to try it but let's face it, men want to look good too! I work in a very high profile industry and I don't have time to always make it to the gym and now I don't have too. I look forward to going to my appointments and have made alot a friends there getting to know the staff who is amazing and the other clients who are also going thru the program. My appointments rarely run late and when they do they usually call me in advance (this has only happened once and was because a employee got sick and went home). I can't say enough good things about Changes. Great job guys....its hard to find businesses that actually care about their clients. PS Massages are awesome!
