My husband got me a gift certificate to Changes for Valentines Day for a massage pedicure manicure and facial. It was the best present ever! Then when I found out how little he spent, I had to come on here and tell everyone. My services were great and I had a relaxing time. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. I read a few of the other reviews and I think I agree with the last one that there must be a few unhappy people out there because I didn't experience anything like what they were talking about. In fact, everyone that was there when I was was having a great time from what I could tell. Their clients are all very friendly and I know I was asked at the end of my visit if I was happy. There was absolutely no sales pressure after my facial just information that I requested. They are busy, it took me over a week to get an appointment. Since when is that a bad thing? I will be back....great job honey!
Pros: Great value and service for the price
Cons: had to wait for an appointment but was worth it!
