I read some of the other reviews before calling but decided to give them a shot. I was glad I did! I booked a package which included a massage, manicure, pedicure and facial. It was amazing!! I don't think these other people went to the same place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They paid attention to me, even the technicians who weren't even working on me. They were busy as it was a Saturday but I was never hurried and felt any stress. They handle thier clientele very well. Some that I met have been clients for over 9 years! No one seemed upset with anything. I spoke with one client there while =our nails were drying. I told her that I had read about Changes on Citysearch and what I had read. She told me an awful story about an ex employee that has been coming on here and writing bad reviews about the owners. Once she even used their landlords name and a long time clients name to log in and write the review. I couldn't believe people would do this but after going back thru I can see it. This place is great. You just have to go see for yourself. Yes they are busy, but isn't that a good thing? Doesn't that tell you something?
