We use this service for guests visiting Milwaukee for conferences and workshops. On more than one occasion, they have not arrived or arrived and waited about 10 seconds before speeding off (not even giving our guests time enough to walk out the door).\r

Once in a while, they'll refuse to pick up from my workplace because it's a ""business"" - what does that even mean? No one has ever complained about rude drivers but most of our guests are here for one day or only use the cab to get to the airport - but we're talking about national and international visitors and it's imperative they have a good impression of Milwaukee.\r

I've talked with dispatch enough to know they aren't friendly and I worry how our guests are treated.\r

I would recommend going with another cab company.
