I've always liked the scallops at TAP, but I recently dined there only to find out they had changed the dish! At first I was disappointed, but I ordered them anyway, and I'm so glad I did. The scallops (big ones) are now served with a garlic and celery potato puree. The combination is out of this world and perfect for the cold weather. If only I could make something like that at home and curl up by my fireplace and eat it! I can't wait to go back and try them again!
