I went to Union Park last week and opened a tab. When I went to close out my tab, they could not find it. After sending me up to one of their upstairs bars, they still could not locate the tab. They responded with a shrug and ""I don't know what happened to your card."" Of course I was angry, so I kept pressing - then they came back and said that my tab had already been closed out by someone else - implying that they had given my card to the wrong person. I checked my bank account later that night and sure enough, there was the charge. Canceled my card and will never return to this sh*thole again.
Pros: none.
Cons: terrible customer service, terrible service period
