Moutarde allows its diners a dining experience, providing time between each course without that all-to-typical New York ""eat it and be done"" attitude. The preparation and presentation of the food is also a reflection of the establishment's commitment to its diners. I highly suggest the endive and walnut salad as well as any of the pan-seared dishes. The desserts are divine. And to top it all off, you kind of feel like you're in France for the couple of hours you're there!
Pros: great service, great atmosphere, great food
Cons: some of the tables are a little too close=hearing others' conversations easily
