I went here for my first non-ear piercing on a recommendation from my roommate. The whole store is immaculate and sterile without the snobby atmosphere you might expect. I highly recommend this parlor for piercings. The staff take their work EXTREMELY seriously and every part of the piercing process is handled with professionality and a high degree of integrity. My friend (who got his first piercing, an ear piercing, during the visit) wanted to just hop on the chair as soon as I had my lip piercing in, but the piercer insisted on sterilizing everything in the room, including the tops of the jars, before he would start on my friend, explaining courteously about the importance of a sterile field. \r

They are also great with follow-up. A month and a half after I got the piercing, the ball fell off the ring because I'd been playing with it and I just walked in after work (they are open late, yay!) and they fixed me up free of charge. Highly recommended. I will never go anywhere else.
