I've been trying to resolve a billing dispute with them for months now. The ""owner"", also the receptionist, Felix, never returned phone calls and was very rude when I was able to get him on the phone. He has absolutely no concern other than getting as much money out of you as possible. (btw - the GA Secretary of state website shows Avenir as Noncompliant with being registered and doesn't show an annual registration with the state since 2004).
