Again, she offered her apologies and did not even attempt to offer even a free glass of water as a matter of good will. If that happened in my business, I would go out of my way to diffuse the situation, by any means possible. The last thing I would want is an irate customer ( I have been paronizing Mona Lisa since 2001), one who will undoubtably cease from coming to my place of business, but more importanly, generate lots of negative publicity. It's obvious that the owners have no clue as to how to run a business, expecially in the customer service department. I would be surpised if the combination of regressing quality and deteriorated customer service can keep this place open for much longer that a year or two. As a result, I have to keep a close watch on my credit files, but I must confess that I would love to see an actual breach od security resulting from their negligence so I can drag them to court. Pros: Decor Cons: Bad Gelato, lousy service. more
