I recently went here for a single process color and haircut. I am new to the area and was treated very nicely, but the results of the work were way below par. Specifically, after advising the colorist to make sure that the product would color my grey roots, after 2 days the color has oxidized; and that was after she insisted I receive an additional treatment to insure the color would hold. It did not even look quite dark enough when it was rinsed and think she could have checked the color before I left to make sure it worked but it was so busy there that it felt like a factory.\r

The person who cut my hair gave me the worst haircut I ever had...and all he had to do was trim my short hair. Instead he severely cut the hair so short that it looks more punk than flattering. Its awful and I had to try to fix it by trimming some areas when I came home.\r
I also do not appreciate the constant pushing of products while I am at a salon. For the prices charged, someone could at least offer wate
