I went to Alessandra's after several recommendations from recent brides; my initial experience was very positive. They did not have the dress that I wanted, but they were willing to order it for, and they offered me a great price! I was still shopping around because this store was about a 40 minute drive, which is not convenient for fittings! However, they were offering the best deal so I called Alessandra's back to say that I was interested and gave them my bridesmaids dress selection. I left three messages with three different people over ten days, and I did not receive a call back about pricing, availability, policies etc. Then, I called ARENA BRIDAL GO THERE SAVE YOURSELF ANY HEADACHE!!! As soon as I ordered my dresses from Arena's, Alessandra's called and asked, "What was taking me so long to order my dress"\r
