Ace drove me to the local Cleveland shopping center. They arrived at my Hotel 20 minutes upon my initial call. I drove in a nice Buick,with a comfortable ride. The fee was about average and I asked the driver to be back at a certain time to take me back to the Hotel. The cab was back on time with a different driver.
