the first time i used their service they came within 15mins and it was great but i called agian for service they kept tellng me to check back in twenty mins and never came! i was stranded then the next time i called for an appt almost 5hours in advanced never came again almost missed a very important meeting! dont depend on them at all! but the taxi driver i had was polite! more

Ace Taxi 12/13/2008

Ace drove me to the local Cleveland shopping center. They arrived at my Hotel 20 minutes upon my initial call. I drove in a nice Buick,with a comfortable ride. The fee was about average and I asked the driver to be back at a certain time to take me back to the Hotel. The cab was back on time with a different driver. more
