We are more than happy to provide veterinary medical records to any other veterinary clinic, groomer, etc... if the client gives us either verbal or written permission. If the client has not written in on the Client Information Sheet that they OK the release of records, we are not able to release records due to the confidentiality law we have to abide by until we speak with the client. There have also been times where we faxed the information SEVERAL times and still have the operation on the receiving end say they did not receive it, only to find that someone else in their office had the paperwork. \r
Our clients are very important to us and we are here to be of service to them, not put up "roadblocks". \r
In this particular case, we DO NOT HAVE A FILE for Bryanna E. The file was in another family members name. We told her to have the client contact us and we would be happy to release the information. \r
