The first time I heard of Anthony's, it was because one of their reps left a menu on my door. I called them and I was informed that they didn't deliver to my area. I told them that someone had left menus on everyone's door and the person on the phone reiterated that I was outside of their delivery area. Several weeks passed and I got another menu on my door. I called and placed an order with no problem. The delivery took about an hour and a half. The food was horrible because it had obviously been prepared hours before, but I assumed it was because of the item I ordered. \r

Months later, this Sunday, my fiance and I called to place an order. It was Sunday and no one else delivered. The person taking our order was distracted and I had to repeat my information a dozen time. \r
\r
Delivery Guy: What's your address?\r
Me: 1114 Someplace Drive\r
Delivery Guy: 1234 Somewhere Square?\r
Me: No. 1114 Someplace Drive.\r
Delivery Guy: What's the apartment number?\r
Me: 1114\r
Delivery Guy: Yeah. But what's the APARTMENT number???\r
\r
This went on for about 10 minutes. He asked for our phone number 3 times and the 4th time, he repeated the right number. The delivery person informed me the delivery time was 2 hours. We continued with the order.\r
\r
An hour later, we called to provide them with the gate code. The girl who answered the phone told me to call the delivery guy myself and when I objected, she agreed to call him. I confirmed my telephone number and supplied the gate code.\r

2 hours and 45 minutes aftere ordering, we called to check the status of our order. The same girl said that the delivery man could not find our house and that he called but the call went unanswered. I asked her to verify the number I gave her. She had the number off by one number. We asked if they could resend the food. We were placed on hold and eventually hung up on. When we called back, there was no answer.\r

After several bad customer service experiences, we will never return.
Pros: They deliver late
Cons: There's an 80% chance your food will never come. And when it does come, it will be cold.
