The bad, I dont care for the sauce\r
The good, The flavor of the beef is amazing, I use my own sauce, I routinely get 4- 5 pounds at a time for parties, have never tasted its equal. The pork is great ,and so is the half chicken.\r

I have eaten at bbq places all over the south, and some in the west, I have had some really good brisket over the years, In my opinion this is the best, and thats not to say others havent come close, just that BBQ reviews brisket is always consistant and delicious. Keep doing your thing guys!!
