I've been in search of the perfect highlight since I moved to San Francisco 8 months ago. It looks like I?ve found it at Secret Agent. I was on my way to get coffee when I saw the cute salon in my neighborhood which I hadn?t noticed before. I stopped in and asked about getting an appointment. They were able to accommodate me right away.
