In response to the comments regarding Elizabethville Furniture Company (""EFC"") that were posted on 03/21/07, it should be noted that this customer was subsequently contacted directly by an owner of EFC. The customer was informed that the associate with whom she had spoken to on the telephone was no longer employed by EFC, and her issue(s) were promptly resolved to her full satisfaction. In fact, this customer continues to patronize EFC and, hopefully, will continue to recommend EFC to her friends, as she stated she has done in the past.
