I dined at ""At Vermilion"" and all I can say was that I was totally blown away. The ambiance is trendy and chic. The drinks - my favourite Pear Jalapeno and cucumber mint, were unexpected and delicious. The Tapas looked amazing and tasted even better - loved the duck vindaloo arepa and the artickokes. The entree's didn't let us down- the skirt steak, I am going back just for that, the tamarind ribs and the lamb shank gassi were cooked to perfection. It was an amazing culinary experience and I will be a regular there.
