Customer service ... has gone rock bottom! I've been stewing on this for months after being a long time customer since 1997. Scheduled a pedi for myself and a friend July 5th. Had called the day before to schedule time, etc. When we arrived at the appointed time (when they opened) we could tell that 1/2 of the pedi chairs were filled, they were short staffed ... intentionally. They let people ""walk-in"" and were provided service before us.
