Tried to rent a 10 X 20 unit here. 1-800-central res number had friendly, efficient, and knowledgable help. Imagine my surprise when a call came from the site's manager, James, letting me know I couldn't rent the unit because there are squirrels living in it! I guess this is clean, safe storage...for vermin!
