Took my car here for well over a year. The management changed 4 times in this time frame. The last time I took my car there, a few days later it was leaking oil. Well, I commute 1 1/2 hours a day to get to work. So I decided to take my car to the dealership since it was in town. Guess what????? The oil leak was caused by the last oil change that was completed at Precision Auto Tune Care. I called the place to complain and tell them what had happened. They had changed management since I had my oil changed there last. All I was asking for was a reimbursement of the money I had spent getting the car checked out. It has been over a month since this has happened and I still haven't received the money. Very unsatisfactory customer service and would be very careful to ever take my car here again.
