This is a very good workout program. I have always been a very active person and considered myself to be in good shape. However, this program has challenged me to a different level. I enjoy motivating my fellow bootcampers to push pass their comfort zone, as I do the same for myself. The price is excellent for the workout and if you want to increase your level of fitness. Then this is the bootcamp for you.
Pros: Meeting great people and motivating them as well.
Cons: The cold months.
