We have many trees on our property, and new to our home. The trees were in bad shape and in desperate need of some major pruning. They charge nothing to come out and give an estimate, and will even print out the estimate on professional letterhead while on-site. They are technical! They have the only Master Arborist in Austin. The crew were well trained and very thorough. They left no limbs behind! Earlier in the year a fly by night door-to-door tree trimming crew (Schwartz??) trimmed limbs away from the house. They left huge limbs in the back yard, and I had to break down and dispose of myself. The ATE estimate includes hauling your limbs for you.\r

Their website offers online payments and tree history. All in all, it was very easy to work with the Austin Tree Experts. Micah, Keith & Gina were an absolute joy to work with. I can't wait for the next visit in the spring.
